Rebranding Goals

In 2024, BTS partnered with The Website Design Agency to develop a unified brand identity that would modernise the business, bring consistency across all divisions, and better reflect its values and capabilities.

The focus was on creating a strong, flexible identity that would allow each division to retain its individuality, while clearly presenting the company as one professional and trusted brand.

Key goals:
- Establish visual and tonal consistency across all communications - Strengthen brand recognition with both public and private audiences - Simplify complex messaging without losing depth or clarity - Build a scalable identity that could support growth and adaptability

Brand Strategy and Discovery

The project began with an in-depth discovery phase. TWDA hosted a collaborative brand workshop with key stakeholders to explore BTS’s internal culture, business goals and external perceptions. This was followed by detailed competitor analysis and audience mapping.

Key insights that emerged:
- Teams across the business shared a strong internal culture built on trust and collaboration
- Clients valued BTS’s transparency, responsiveness and long-standing relationships
- There was a lack of consistency in how the brand appeared across different platforms and materials
- While each division had unique strengths, the business needed to present as a connected, cohesive whole

A Unified System with Built-In Flexibility

We designed a clean and adaptable visual identity that could scale across all brand touchpoints. At the centre was a refined BTS logo, supported by a visual system that balanced unity with distinction.

Highlights included: - A consistent core logo, applied across all divisions - Unique accent colours for each division to help distinguish services at a glance - Use of the hexagon shape, symbolising protection, precision and connection - A typographic system that feels modern and accessible, suitable for both digital and print use - Clear visual rules to ensure consistency in layout, spacing and usage

Tone of Voice and Messaging Development

The new tone of voice was built to reflect the qualities that clients already associated with BTS: clarity, reliability and professionalism. The aim was to speak with confidence, but without jargon - and to connect on a human level, not just a technical one.

We developed: - Clear messaging that aligns with each division's focus and audience - A consistent tone across all platforms and formats - A shared tagline used throughout the brand: "Building Trust. Strengthening Communities."

Branded Assets and Rollout Toolkit

To ensure the new identity could be adopted across every part of the business, TWDA delivered a full suite of branded materials and templates. These tools were designed to make it easy for internal teams to use the brand consistently, regardless of the medium or context.

Deliverables included: - Logos and brand guidelines for each division - Templates for presentations, proposals, tenders, and reports - Business stationery, including email signatures and business cards - Social media assets for LinkedIn and other digital platforms - On-site materials, such as hoarding designs, branded PPE, and vehicle decals - A full Brand Guidelines document to support long-term brand consistency
