When BTS approached us about their brand, they weren’t looking for something flashy. They weren’t chasing trends or buzzwords. What they needed was a clear, confident identity that reflected who they already were — a dependable construction company built on trust, teamwork, and long-term relationships.

From Four Divisions to One Cohesive Identity

BTS operates across four specialist divisions: Property Solutions, Facades, Interiors, and Special Works. Each has its own focus and area of expertise, but together, they form a seamless, all-in-one offering that sets BTS apart in the construction industry.

The challenge? Their existing brand didn’t reflect that unity. Visually and tonally, there were inconsistencies. Each division had its own way of showing up, but the overall business lacked a shared identity that pulled everything together.

Our job was to build a brand system that could do both:

✔️ Present BTS as one aligned, professional, and trustworthy company

Building from the Inside Out

We kicked things off with a discovery workshop, bringing together key voices from across the business. What came through loud and clear was the strength of their internal culture — open, honest, collaborative — and their deep commitment to delivering work they’re proud of.

We also explored audience personas, market positioning, and the competitive landscape. Through this, we helped BTS articulate what made them different:

  • Their responsiveness
  • Their transparency
  • Their ability to make things happen without making a fuss
  • These insights became the foundation for everything to come.

Designing for Real-World Impact

The visual identity we created is modern, minimal, and adaptable. The BTS logo system allows for clear consistency, while each division is represented through a dedicated colour palette — giving them their own space within the whole.

We introduced hexagonal graphic elements to symbolise strength, structure, and collaboration. Typography was chosen for legibility, approachability, and digital accessibility. Everything was designed to be easy to use across sites, screens, and documents — whether you’re a bid writer, project manager, or social media lead.

The tone of voice was just as important. We helped BTS develop messaging that felt grounded, confident, and real — never corporate for the sake of it. This brand speaks like the people behind it: clear, straightforward, and focused on delivery.

The Rollout

We provided a full suite of brand assets to support rollout, including:

  • Logos and usage guidelines for each division
  • Templates for proposals, reports, presentations, and emails
  • Social media and LinkedIn visuals
  • On-site materials including hoarding graphics, vehicle decals, and PPE designs
  • A comprehensive Brand Guidelines document for internal teams
  • The response? Immediate alignment and pride from the team, and strong recognition from clients and partners.

This wasn’t just a rebrand. It was a moment of alignment for a company that had grown steadily, quietly, and with integrity — and was now ready to show up with the clarity and confidence it deserved.
